I’ve tried out just one of the 3 nibs I ordered, but so far, I’m very impressed with the smooth ink flow!

Beautiful design, materials and craftsmanship. The optional Ultra-flex titanium nib and ebonite feed are very satisfying. Exceptional value for a first-rate fountain pen. As a longtime collector, I highly recommend.

I have a number of fountain pens, most in the entry - mid level ($20-150 range) including Parkers, Schaeffer, Pilots and Waterman. I also use dip pens for art and occasional dabbling with calligraphic elements for art. When I saw the Milano with it’s Zebra G nib option, I had to give it a try!

Got the multi-nib package, with a Zebra G and a steel EF. Both are WONDERFUL. This pen is now one of my daily rotation pens on my desk. Best of all I now have two nib sections and converters for the pen (THANK YOU for offering that package!) so I have one for long writing sessions and another for more calligraphic effects and artistic efforts. Take me ~20 seconds to swap them out and go to town. Love that!

And Customer service is ACES! Had an issue with one of the nibs (tïnes misaligned), Osprey responded to my email within 30 minutes and offered to replace the entire nib section or nib (if I was comfortable replacing the nib in my existing section) 3 days later new nib was in my hands and ready to be used. In the mean time I really enjoyed writing with the other nib.

I am a bit of a pen collector and the Milano Tanzanite looked very interesting so I purchased one. It is a well-made pen with excellent balance, the fine nib is just wet enough and smooth enough that I did not have to do anything to it. Unfortunately, after using it for about a week I had an ink leak and suspected the converter. I sent an email to customer support at about 9 PM EST. To my amazement, I had a nearly instant response and subsequent phone call to identify my specific problem and immediately suggest options of repair as well as sending me a whole new Tanzanite blue section and pre-tested attached converter. I was already happy with the pen now I am very pleased with the company behind it. I will be purchasing more from them in the future.

I purchased the pen and was looking forward to it. When I received it, filled it, and started to write with it, it was dry and scratchy. Although the pen felt great in my hand, love the balance and feel. I did not want to return it. Emailed Customer support, and was surprised at the A++++++ response, fast and efficient. They said they will send me another pen. But I said all I wanted was a replacement nib.
So they did. Received it within a few days. Replaced the nib and holly Moses, wrote like butter, Smooth, and wet.
Use this pen almost daily. Love it. Thank you. I have purchased a second pen as a gift.
